Who is headspa for? Effects and recommended frequency
Headspa is a great fit if you have a tight or oily scalp, scalp dryness, eye strain, or stress-related tension. About once a month is a sensible cadence for steady improvement of the scalp environment.
A good fit if
- You sit at a desk a lot and your scalp feels hard or heavy
- Your scalp feels oily or you notice odor
- You want to release eye strain and neck/shoulder tension starting from the head
You may want a different option if
- You have inflammation, severe itching, or heavy dandruff — see a dermatologist first
- Your only goal is pure relaxation — a dry headspa may also be a fit
What a session looks like
- Consultation — scalp concerns, sleep, diet, stress
- Scalp check — color, firmness, and pore condition by sight and touch
- Cleansing & shampoo — hydrogen shampoo to dissolve pore buildup
- Massage — acupressure plus kneading. Choose 60 or 90 minutes
- Finish — blow-dry, scalp re-check, and a hawthorn drink
Total time: 60–90 minutes

- If you notice any irritation on your scalp or skin, please discontinue and consult a medical professional.
Frequently asked
Q: How often should I come in? A: About once a month is a reasonable baseline. If your scalp tension or fatigue is significant, some guests start at every 2–3 weeks for the first 2–3 months, then settle into monthly visits once things stabilize.
Q: How long do the effects last? A: The light, clear-headed feeling tends to last several days to a week. Longer-term scalp improvements build with regular visits — some guests feel the change in one session, others over several.
Q: Can I come during my period or when I'm slightly under the weather? A: If you feel generally well, yes. If you have a headache or strong fatigue, it's better to reschedule. Please tell us how you're feeling during the consultation.
